Gourmet Night

We will surprise you with a festively decorated table and a culinary adventure

We have the choice between:

Internationalen Party Menu
with a spectacular, five course gourmet menu with cover charge

Original Stubaier Farmed Buffet
with lots of Stubaier specialties like "Grauer Kas" and "Haussülze", both with onion rings and herbed vinagrette, our especially savory "Grammelschmalz" with bacon, fresh herbs and garlic. A particular specialty will be presented by the "Atzinger Grandma" fresh off the farm: Stubaier doughnuts using an old recipe, filled with either cheese or dried berries, and much more.

Mediterranean Buffet

- This buffet presents extravagent appetizers from the south as well as healthy vegetable dishes, savory pasta dinners and light fish platters.

We recommend pairing this with a glass of wine from our extensive, high-quality wine menu. An exquisite, regional fruit schnapps made 100% pure distillate quality or an espresso will round out this meal nicely.
